Ordering and payment
Who can order from GLP Biolab?
Our products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only. You must be at least 21 and able to enter into a binding contract, and by ordering you confirm that you will use each product only for lawful laboratory research. We may ask you to confirm your organization or the intended research use before we accept or ship an order.
How does ordering work?
Add items to your cart and check out. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order, normally by email. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or any applicable taxes.
How do I pay?
We send payment instructions with your order confirmation or invoice and state the payment methods we accept at that time. Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been received and cleared. You are responsible for any bank, wire or transfer charges you incur.
Can I cancel or change an order?
You can cancel an order only before it ships. If your cancellation request reaches us before the shipping label prints, we void the order and refund your payment method. Email info@glpbiolab.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change a shipping address only before the label prints. Once the label prints, the order ships and can no longer be canceled or changed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States (the 50 states and the District of Columbia), from Hernando County, Florida. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories, and we do not ship internationally. We may decline any destination or recipient at our discretion.
When will my order ship?
An order that is paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, normally ships the same day. An order confirmed after 2:00 PM, on a weekend or on a carrier holiday normally ships the next business day. Standard shipping is $9.99 and usually takes 1 to 5 business days, 2-Day shipping is $29.99, and Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Processing can take longer while we wait for payment, verification or additional information from you.
How do I track my package?
We email you a tracking number when your shipping label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity on the carrier's website. Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees.
What should I do when my package arrives?
Inspect the package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, photograph the outer packaging, the product and the shipping label before you open or move anything else, and email the photographs to info@glpbiolab.com within 48 hours after delivery. Store the contents as directed on the product label and certificate of analysis. Most orders need no signature, but for orders over $500 we may require an adult signature.
Products and COAs
What are your products for?
Everything we sell is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended for use in or on humans or animals. We do not provide guidance on the use of any product in people or animals.
What is a certificate of analysis?
A certificate of analysis (COA) describes the specific lot named on it and the tests performed on that lot on the date shown. Results can vary between lots, so match the catalog and lot numbers on your label to the certificate. You can request certificates from our Certificates of Analysis page.
Are the product photos exact?
Product photographs are illustrative, and labels and packaging may change. Specifications may be updated as methods or suppliers change, so refer to the label and certificate for the lot you receive.
Do you provide safety or handling information?
Please read the product label and any safety data supplied with your order before opening a package. You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of everything you buy from us, and for complying with the laws, regulations and institutional requirements that apply to you.
Returns and support
My order arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete. What should I do?
Email info@glpbiolab.com within 48 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, the product and the shipping label, taken before you open or move anything else. Keep everything until we answer in writing. If we approve the claim, we send a free replacement, not a refund. Our Refund Policy has the details.
Can I return a product?
No. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide return labels. If we ever agree to a return as a one-time exception, we will tell you in writing, and you pay the return shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. The one exception is an order that you cancel before its shipping label prints: we void that order and refund your payment method. Damage in transit is handled by replacement, not by refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
How do I contact you?
Email info@glpbiolab.com and include your order number if you have one. We provide support by email only and do not take phone calls. We are based in Hernando County, Florida. We cannot answer questions about using our products in people or animals.
