Intended use
Research use only
All products sold by GLP Biolab are supplied as laboratory research materials for in-vitro use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or for any household, agricultural or consumer purpose.
What we do not provide
We do not provide guidance on the use of any product in people or animals, and we will not answer requests for it. Information on this site identifies materials and describes their analytical characteristics. It is not medical advice, and nothing here states or implies that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals.
Who may order
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 and able to enter into a binding contract. Orders are intended for individuals and organizations that will use the materials in a laboratory setting. We may ask you to confirm your organization or the intended research use before we accept or ship an order.
Our right to decline
We may decline, limit or cancel any order, and may close any account, if we believe a product may be used in a way this policy does not allow, if information is inaccurate or incomplete, or for any other lawful reason.
Buyer obligations
Lawful laboratory use
By ordering, you confirm that you will use each product only for lawful laboratory research, under the supervision of a suitably trained person, and in line with your institution's policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Handling and compliance
You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of everything you buy from us, and for complying with the laws, licenses and institutional requirements that apply to you, including those on controlled materials, import, export and laboratory safety.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use any product in or on a human or animal; resell or redistribute our products in a way that conflicts with this policy; give a false name, organization or intended use; or use our names, logos or content to suggest that we endorse you or any product or claim.
Product information
Certificates of analysis
A certificate of analysis describes the specific lot named on it and the tests performed on that lot on the date shown. Results can vary between lots, so match the catalog and lot numbers on your label to the certificate.
Photographs and specifications
Product photographs are illustrative. Labels, packaging and specifications may change as methods or suppliers change.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Product labeling
Product labels carry a research-use-only statement. It tells you how the product may be used. It is not a statement that the product is safe, effective or approved for any other purpose.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier, and delivery dates are estimates. You are responsible for giving a correct address and for receiving and storing the package properly. We are not responsible for delays, or for a package that a carrier or another authority holds, seizes or destroys, except as our Refund Policy provides.
Returns
All sales are final: we do not give refunds or accept returns. Report products damaged in transit, or wrong or missing items, within 48 hours after delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Privacy
We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Names and trademarks
Product names and designations are used only to identify materials by their commonly used names. Any trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any trademark owner, manufacturer or drug company.
Warranties and liability
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability as set out in sections 12 and 13 of our Terms and Conditions. Section 14 covers indemnification.
Governing law
Florida law governs this Legal Disclaimer and your use of the Site and products. See section 15 of our Terms and Conditions.
Accessibility
We want this Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble reading a page, using the cart or placing an order, email info@glpbiolab.com with the page address and a description of the problem, and we will help you get the information or place the order another way. Parts of the cart and checkout are provided by our e-commerce platform.
